An independent mercenary who snuck into Rubicon hoping to get rich quick, taking advantage of the chaos brought about by the extraplanetary corporations' forays.

Under Nosaac's "economic theory", the funds of others are but extensions of his own resources. Thus he continues to take on debt with no intention of repayment, as in his eyes, the money was his anyway. This does have the benefit to buy the latest corporate technology as soon as it hits the market; he considers the power of his AC an asset to his credit score.

My notes

  • I'm not finding anything about his name? While it could certainly just be completely made up, it seems like most names in this game have some kind of real world tie. It could also, of course, be something I'm just outright missing, like from a language I'm not familiar with. Curiously though, ノーザーク (noozaaku), the Japanese spelling, brings up a search recommendation for ノザーク (nozaaku), which is one way of pronouncing Noah's Ark. Which is interesting! But doesn't really at all match up with what we know about Nosaac here...
